Obituary of Marie Alice Mondesir

It is with profound sadness and love that we announce the passing of Marie A. Mondesir, age 67, on January 23, 2025. Born on October 8, 1957, Marie cherished her role as a devoted mother and grandmother. She dedicated over 35 years of her life to the healthcare profession, tirelessly caring for others and leaving a lasting impact on countless lives. Her unwavering commitment to putting others first defined her character and legacy.

Marie is survived by her husband, son, grandson, niece, and eight siblings, all of whom will continue to honor her remarkable legacy. She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, who welcomed her with open arms into eternal peace.

Though Marie will be deeply missed, we find solace in knowing her spirit lives on in the hearts of those she touched. Her legacy of selflessness and compassion will forever guide and inspire us.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, February 15, 2025 at 11:00am at St. Joseph's RC Church, 149 Cottage Street, Middletown, NY 10940. All who knew Marie are warmly invited to join in celebrating her life.
