Obituary of Holly Lyn Shook

Monticello, NY

Holly Shook, a resident of Monticello, NY, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, November 17, 2025 at the Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla. She was 51. The daughter of the late Richard and Sylvia Bowers Hendrickson. Holly was born on October 14, 1974 in Liberty, NY.

Survivors include her loving daughter; Autumn Shook, her two Grandchildren; Samuel Michael Fisher and Theodore Bryan Fisher, her sister Kelly Sattler, as well as her nieces and nephews.
Holly was predeceased by her late husband; Michael Shook, her mother; Syliva, father; Richard, brother; Shawn, as well as her nieces; Amy Sattler and Alisha Purdy. 

A graveside service and celebration of Holly’s will take place at the New Prospect Cemetery, New Prospect Road in Pine Bush, NY. The date will be announced.
