Obituary of Nicholas Bassett

White Plains, NY

Mr. Nicholas Bassett, of White Plains, NY passed away unexpectedly on Monday, January 12, 2026 at the White Plains Hospital. He was 86. The son of the late Grover and Catherine Cardullo Basset, Nicholas was born on February 25, 1939 in the Bronx. 

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 28, 2026 from 10:00am to 11:00am at the Weinstein Memorial Chapel, 1652 Central Park Ave, Yonkers, NY 10710. A funeral service will take place at 11:00am at the funeral home. Interment will take place at the Letchworth Village Cemetery, 119 (123 for GPS) Thiells-Mount Ivy Road, Haverstraw, NY, immediately following.
