Roy W. Rogers February 28, 1948 – November 11, 2017 Highland Falls, NY Roy William Rogers, an area-resident passed away on Saturday, November 11, 2017 at his home. He was 69 years old. The son of the late Edward and Catherine Gaffney Rogers, Roy was born on February 28, 1948 in Bayonne, New Jersey. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. He leaves behind to mourn his loss his beloved wife, Meghan Dower-Rogers. A graveside funeral service will take place on Saturday, December 9, 2017 at 1:00PM at the Orange County Veteran’s Cemetery, 111 Craigville Road, Goshen, NY 10924 with full military honors.
