Susan E. Savercool, August 1, 1947 – July 18, 2016 Susan E. Savercool Susan Elizabeth Savercool, a retired school teacher and resident of the Town of Newburgh passed away on Monday July 18, 2016 at St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital-Newburgh Campus. She was 68 years old. Sue was born in La Grande, Oregon on August 1, 1947. Survivors include her son, David Savercool, at home; sister, Sheila Slagle; and brother, Lance Kirby. Funeral services will be private and held at the convenience of her family.
