Underhill, a retired and well-known waitress at the Quickway Diner & Restaurant in Bloomingburg passed away on Friday, May 17, 2019 at the Joe Raso Hospice Residence in New City, NY. She was 90 years old. The daughter of the late Harold and Alice Crane, Vesta was born on January 16, 1929 in New York City. Per her wishes, cremation will be held privately and at the convenience of her family at the Cedar Hill Crematory, Middlehope, NY.
