Obituary of David Galeano

Mr. David Galeano, a retired Corrections Officer for the City of New York and local-area resident entered into the arms of the Lord on Saturday, September 4, 2021 at Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital. He was 56. David was born on December 23, 1964 in Queens. He relocated to Orange County in 2014.
David will be remembered as a simple man who enjoyed photography, collecting butterflies as well as spending time with his late beloved dog; King.
David is survived by his son; Terrance Galeano and his spouse Keyshawna Adams, son; Kyros Galeano, his mother; Fredswilda Santiago, step-father; Confesor Ortiz, brother; Gabriel Galeano, fiancé; Lilian Vargas, as well as his beloved grandson; Noah.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 18, 2021 from 10:00am to 1:00pm at the William M. Gagan Funeral Home Inc, 1525 Burlingham Road, Pine Bush, NY 12566. A funeral service will be held at 1:00pm with Pastor Hector Rivera officiating. Cremation will immediately follow at the Maple Hill Crematory, Archbald, PA.
