Mr. Jose R. Machin, a Cuban native and resident of Newburgh, NY passed away unexpectedly at home on Thursday, December 8, 2022. He was 71. The son of the late Jose R. Machin Sr. and Caridad Tamargo Machin, Jose was born on October 23, 1951, in Havana, Cuba.
