Mrs. Carol Mills, a resident of Middletown, NY passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, January 19, 2023, at the Orange Regional Medical Center in Wallkill. She was 73. Carol was born on March 3, 1949, in Germany.  

Per her wishes, cremation will be held privately.
