Ms. Roberta Horowitz, a resident of New Windsor, NY passed away on Tuesday, November 28, 2023, at her home, surrounded by those who loved her. She was 80 years old. The daughter of the late George and Rose (Gotlieb) Horowitz, Roberta was born on April 19, 1943, in Brooklyn.

A graveside service will take place on Thursday, November 30, 2023, at 12:30pm at the Beth Israel Memorial Park, Route 1, Woodbridge, NJ.
