Mrs. Sifang Xue, a Chinese Native and more recent resident of the Village of Monticello passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday, April 13, 2024. She was 77. Sifang was born on November 16, 1946, in Tianjin, China.
She leaves behind her beloved husband, children, and grandchildren.
