Mr. Ralph "Kenny" Arpaio, an Orange County, NY resident passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 19, 2024 at the Sapphire Nursing and Rehab Center in Newburgh. He was 68. The son of the late Jerry and Nancy Iancelli Apraio, Kenny was born on October 24, 1955 in Kearny, NJ.

Cremation will take place privately.
